We always remember you have choices and that choosing can be challenging when you’re grieving!
We are here to support, guide and sometimes actually hold your hand as we help you navigate all the options you have to create a truly personal and unique funeral for your loved one.
Most of us are familiar with traditional funerals either through personal experiences or through TV and film.
A traditional funeral usually means a service at a church or crematorium with cars to transport the family and their loved one, also importantly your choice of route to the service. There are a multitude of variations for a choice of hearse which could be a horse drawn, land rover, motorcycle and sidecar or any number of other possibilities; The choice of a coffin, wood, cardboard or wicker, depending on your preference.
We will help you work out the exact combination to reflect the life of the person who lived.
Want a colourful coffin or a green burial?
We can help you with a modern interpretation of a funeral or combine your preferred elements of both traditional and modern.
Many people are choosing direct cremation because they don’t want a fuss.
We’ve been offering simple funerals and “direct” funerals for years for exactly this reason and unlike the big nationals we do it differently. We take your loved one in our hearse to the Chapel, whilst there is no chapel visit – but we allow the family to attend the grounds on the date and time
We will also take personal care of their ashes not send them back in the post.
